A: TCB Setup Instructions…..no tools required

Box Assembly Attach (1) end to the Bottom table panel which should be folded at a 90° angle. Spring pins need to be in unlocked position for ends to slide on.   Insert spring pin through hole to attach to Bottom table panel. (Fig. 1) Repeat previous steps with other end. Lock both of the Table Slide Locks on Top table panel down into locked position. (Press knob in and slide.) This will make it easier to assemble box. Remember this step. Position table into the grooves located at back of box (be sure Top table panel is upper panel). Now insert spring pins through holes in left side & right sides. (Like step 2) (Fig. 1) Unlock Table slide locks on Top table panel and fold down. (This will form box) Position Tailgate Box into cargo carrier with box lock facing, away from vehicle. (Fig 2) Locate Draw Latches on sides of carrier, then secure latches into both ends of box. (Fig. 2) Table Assembly Raise the lid on the box. Lock table slide locks on left and right side of Top panel. Unload all items inside of your TCB. Move spring pins to the unlocked position on the Top table panel. (inside box) Slide table up and out of end pieces./Fold out legs. Make sure each leg locks into position. You will hear a “click” when legs lock. Unlock draw latches that attach TCB to carrier. For the second table repeat step (2) on Bottom table panel. Lock table slide locks on Bottom table left and right side. Repeat second part of step (3) and lay both ends onto excess cargo carrier. (Bench) (Fig. 3) Table Disassembly and Return to box form Table B first. Press leg braces in and gently slide legs to table panel. Unlock table slide locks.   Now follow box assembly instructions. To use Carrying Straps. Unlock table slide locks & fold panels together. Attach straps into holes on each side of the hinge. Do not stand or sit on assembled box or table.
